Zoovita sells:

• Pet supplements

• Pet accessories

We do not claim medical cure. Supplements are not veterinary-prescribed medication.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are final once payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to decline orders for suspicion of fraud or stock issues.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are shown in EUR (EU) and AED (UAE).
VAT or VAT-equivalent tax may apply based on destination region.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times are shown during checkout.
Delays caused by customs or courier are outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

We follow EU consumer law for online orders.

You have the right to:

• Cancel within 14 days (unused, unopened products)

• Request refund if product arrives damaged

Zoovita is not liable for:

• Losses caused by misuse of products

• Delayed shipments

• Allergic reactions in pets — consult veterinarian if unsure

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of affected products.

All content, trademarks, images, brand names are owned by Zoovita.
Use without written permission is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

• EU customers → governed by Latvia / EU law

• UAE & GCC customers → governed by UAE Free-Zone commercial law
