Low Glycaemic prebiotic, 15 kg
Description
Grain-free horse feed made from alternative energy sources with significantly reduced starch and sugar content. This base feed was designed as a complete alternative to conventional concentrated feed. The following factors had to be taken into account:
1. Energy supply without high-risk, easily digestible carbohydrates. Achieved through: Energy sources with minimal starch and sugar content (<10% of the total ration), such as virgin vegetable oil, oilseeds, stabilized rice bran, and fermentable beet fiber.
2. Sensible compensation of vital nutrients when whole grain components are lacking. Achieved through: organically bound vitamins from vegetable oils, stabilized rice bran, high-quality amino acids, calcium- and protein-rich alfalfa, and oilseeds.
3. Natural components to support the intestinal flora. Achieved through: components that harmonize digestion and promote a healthy intestinal flora: fermentable beet fiber, linseed oil and flaxseeds, but above all, prebiotic organic Jerusalem artichoke concentrate.
